“We are an Interior Design firm located in White Rock on the mainland, Madeleine Design Group. We recently completed a project with Griffith Homes in Courtenay for one of our longest standing clients, and were very happy with the communication throughout the project, as well as a beautiful end result! Griffith followed our design drawings and specifications, had no problems adopting our project management software through the design phase, and then we switched over to theirs for the construction process.
Although we were completely remote during the construction, the communication was seamless. We received regular photo updates throughout the construction and were able to provide instructions and coordination without having to be on site.
