This was the first time building our own home and Tavis and team eased our trepidation from the very beginning. Professional, thorough and well organized, the team guided us through the process from permitting and authorizations to designing the house to selecting the right contractors to managing a challenging supply chain (and budgets) during and after the pandemic to the most amazing post-build binder of key information needed to operate our home. Building a positive relationship with us as homeowners was as important as building an amazing and well-built house, and we appreciated that responsiveness, and willingness to listen to our needs.
