We entrusted the building of our retirement dream home to Tavis and his team. Situated on a steep slope oceanfront lot there were challenges to overcome. Throughout the project, we continued to live in Michigan… despite the distance, Tavis worked seamlessly with our architect and interior designer. This collaboration, the attention to detail and the high quality craftsmanship have resulted in a home we will enjoy for decades to come. This was our first house building experience and Griffith Homes dispelled many of the concerns of custom home building. The decision process, the communication, and overall project execution gave us confidence they had our best interests in mind. The results have exceeded our expectations.
